What is the minimum term?

Starter, Growth and Scale are monthly rolling with 30 days' notice. Enterprise terms are written against the dedicated capacity and service levels you approve.

How do you protect access to our accounts?

We work in your tools using named access and agreed permissions. Your team keeps ownership of the accounts and approves the scope. Access controls, working hours and handover arrangements are agreed during onboarding.

Is website design and development included in a support plan?

No. Website design and development is a separate project with a written scope and quote. The monthly plans reserve capacity for ecommerce operations and support.
