Is there a setup fee?+
Standard scoping and onboarding are included. A new-channel launch, catalog rebuild or migration may be priced as a separate fixed project, and we will show that cost before work starts.
What is the minimum term?+
Starter, Growth and Scale are monthly rolling with 30 days' notice. Enterprise terms are written against the dedicated capacity and service levels you approve.
Is website design and development included in a support plan?+
No. Website design and development is a separate project with a written scope and quote. The monthly plans reserve capacity for ecommerce operations and support.
What happens if we need to scale down?+
Move to a smaller plan at the next monthly cycle with 30 days' notice. There is no penalty for reducing scope after a peak season.
Do you work with agencies white-label?+
Yes. White-label delivery and reserved capacity are scoped through Enterprise. We work under your brand in your tools, and we are never a competitor for your client relationship.
Can I buy hourly work?+
We do not sell an open-ended hourly plan. New clients can start with a fixed-scope Project Sprint from $300. Existing plan clients can approve extra work at $25 per hour in prepaid 10-hour blocks. A block is valid for 30 days, does not roll over, and is never added without written approval.
