Who we are

This website is operated by Ecommercia SMC (Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan with its office in Multan, Punjab. “We”, “us” and “Ecommercia” refer to that company.

Services and plans

Ecommercia provides managed ecommerce operations: dedicated, trained specialists who work on your ecommerce channels under our supervision, quality review and backup cover. Plans, what each includes, and monthly prices are described on the pricing page. The specific scope of work, the channels covered and the team composition for your engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins. One-off Project Sprints and existing-client overage blocks are also described on the pricing page and require a written scope or approval before work begins.

Payment and billing

Plans are billed as a monthly subscription, in advance, in US dollars. When you purchase online, payment is collected by our payment provider acting as merchant of record (such as Paddle), whose own checkout terms apply to the transaction. The payment provider handles card processing and, where applicable, sales taxes or VAT — we never see or store your full card details. Invoiced bank payment is available for Enterprise engagements by arrangement.

Project Sprints are billed as a one-time fixed fee agreed before work starts. Overage work is available only to clients with an active plan, is prepaid in 10-hour blocks, and begins only after written approval. Overage blocks are valid for 30 days from approval, do not roll over and are not added automatically.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Third-party software subscriptions, licensed assets, and freight or physical production costs are not included in any plan and are paid by you directly, as set out on the pricing page.

Term and cancellation

Starter, Growth and Scale renew monthly, and either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. You can reduce or expand the scope at the next monthly cycle with the same notice, without penalty. Enterprise terms are written against the dedicated capacity and service levels in the approved statement of work. To cancel, email hello@ecommercia.co or use the cancellation option in the payment provider’s billing portal.

Refunds

Our refund terms are published separately in the refund policy. In short: if we fail to deliver what a plan promises, we put it right or refund the affected period; we do not refund partial months after cancellation mid-cycle; duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.

Using this site

You may read, print and share the content on this website for your own business purposes. You may not republish it as your own, sell it, or use it to train a commercial model without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Engagement agreements may specify a different governing law by mutual agreement.
