The model

A managed bench, not a marketplace.

You are not buying hours from a stranger. You are buying capacity that has been recruited against a brief, trained before it touches your account, and supervised by someone whose job is that it stays right.

Engagement shapes

Three ways to start.

Most clients begin with one specialist and expand into a pod once the model has proved itself. There is no penalty for starting small.

Single specialist

One bottleneck, clearly defined

A dedicated person on one job — listings, support, ads, design. The fastest way to test whether the model works for you without restructuring anything.

  • One full-time dedicated specialist
  • Team lead supervision and QA
  • Named backup for leave cover
  • Weekly output reporting
Scope this

Pod

A whole account, end to end

Three to five specialists across complementary roles with a single team lead. Shared context means you brief once, not five times — this is what lets an agency take on a client it could not otherwise service.

  • 3–5 specialists across roles
  • Dedicated team lead as your single contact
  • Shared account context and SOPs
  • Weekly reporting and monthly review
  • Scale up or down between seasons
Scope this

Overflow bench

Peaks, launches and seasonal spikes

Pre-trained capacity you can call on when volume arrives — a catalog migration, a Q4 peak, a channel launch. Trained on your SOPs in advance so there is no cold start.

  • Pre-trained on your SOPs
  • Activated within an agreed notice window
  • Same supervision and QA layer
  • Wind down without penalty
Scope this

Pricing is per specialist, per month, and depends on role and seniority. No hourly billing, and no separate management fee — supervision, QA and cover are included in the rate rather than added to it.

The category

Not a freelancer. Not a VA. Not another agency.

Most outsourcing gives you a person and leaves the managing to you. An agency takes the work — and often the client relationship with it. We are the third option: a managed bench that runs under your name.

What your team can own

Thirteen roles, trained on ecommerce before they touch your account.

Hand over one specialist or a full pod. Each role is a real job description we recruit and train against — not a task list a generalist picks up on the way past.

Browse all roles

Catalog & listings

The data layer everything else depends on. Unglamorous, compounding, and the first thing to slip.

Operations & support

The daily running of the account — orders, cases, stock, buyers and the reporting that keeps everyone honest.

Growth & demand

Paid, organic and lifecycle work that needs weekly hands rather than a quarterly plan.

Creative & content

Imagery and copy produced to channel specification, at the volume a live catalog actually needs.

Need something not listed here? Tell us the job — we recruit against a specification when the fit is not already in the building. 13 roles staffed today.

What we commit to

The questions you were going to ask on the call.

Answered here so you do not have to. If a number below is not true for your engagement, we will say so before you sign — not after.

Named backup

On every engagement

Continuity, not headcount

Holiday, sickness and attrition are our problem, not yours. Every engagement has a named backup who already knows the account. If a specialist leaves, we replace them and cover the gap in the meantime.

Included

Team lead & QA

A manager you don't have to pay for

Every specialist reports to an Ecommercia team lead who reviews output, runs weekly one-to-ones and owns quality. You brief the work. You do not manage the person.

4–6 hours

Daily live overlap

Real overlap with your day

Shifts are set against your working hours, not ours. Most teams run a four to six hour live overlap with US Eastern or UK time, with handover notes for the rest.

Same day

Offboarding revocation

Access handled properly

Company-managed devices, no personal storage, named accounts only, and same-day credential revocation when someone rolls off. We will sign your NDA and your client's.

Your brand

Client-facing identity

White-label by default

We work under your brand, in your tools, in your channels. Our specialists introduce themselves as part of your team because that is what they are. Your client never has to know our name.

30 days

Notice period

Stop when you need to

Monthly rolling after the initial term. No multi-year lock-in, no per-seat penalty for scaling down after a peak season.

Tell us what you need to hand over.

A 15-minute working session, not a pitch. We map the tasks, the platforms and the hours, and you leave with a written team plan and a cost — whether or not you go ahead.

No obligation. No rate card until we understand the scope.
