Will your team work in our timezone?

Shifts are set against your working hours. Most engagements run a four to six hour live overlap with either UK time or US Eastern, with written handover for the remaining hours. US Pacific coverage is available where the volume justifies a dedicated shift.

How quickly can someone start?

If the profile matches someone already on our bench, typically two weeks from scope to live work. If we need to recruit against your specification, budget four to six weeks. We would rather tell you the honest number than promise a start date we then miss.

What is the minimum commitment?

Starter, Growth and Scale are monthly rolling with 30 days' notice. Enterprise terms depend on the dedicated capacity and service levels you approve. We do not penalise you for moving to a smaller plan after a peak season.
