This is the person who opens Seller Central at the start of every shift and works the problems. Suppressed listings, stranded inventory, policy notifications, cases that Seller Support closed without fixing anything. It is the least visible role on this list and usually the one with the clearest return, because the revenue it recovers was already yours.
