Product Listing Specialist
The listing specialist turns whatever you have — a supplier spreadsheet, a folder of images, a PDF line sheet — into live, complete, correctly-attributed listings on the channels you sell through. It is the most commonly outsourced role in ecommerce and the one where the difference between trained and untrained shows up fastest.

- 01Create listings from supplier data, spreadsheets and PDFs
- 02Write titles, bullets and descriptions to channel character limits
- 03Map attributes, variations and category taxonomy correctly
- 04Prepare and upload images to each channel's specification
- 05Fix errors, rejections and incomplete listings
- 06Maintain a listing tracker so nothing is silently dropped
